Coordinator, Well Services

Job Purpose

Coordinate all operational activities associated with Coiled Tubing within Oilfield Services.

Key Accountabilities

Coordinate and oversee the activities of service or technical personnel through effective personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support. Ensure all Coiled Tubing equipment is maintained in optimal readiness to deliver high-quality service to customers and maximize equipment lifespan. Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) inspections and audits of equipment and job sites. Analyze non-conformance reports, equipment maintenance logs, and other relevant documentation to initiate or recommend corrective actions. Verify all pertinent activity documentation and provide recommendations to the Coiled Tubing Team Leader for modifications to existing procedures or the development of new ones to enhance and ensure quality standards. Engage with customers at their locations or offices and participate in scheduled meetings. Ensure prompt action is taken to address and eliminate non-conformances and their root causes, and diligently follow up to close out any outstanding issues. Monitor the daily progress of jobs and projects. Offer technical guidance and work direction to field staff. Adhere strictly to all codes of practice set forth by UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management. Undertake special projects as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in oilfield operations.
• Proficiency in computer software applications.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to apply advanced and specialized skills, knowledge, and techniques for problem identification and solution development.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
