About the Role

Humour Me is looking for an experienced, motivated copywriter to strengthen its creative team in New Delhi. The role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, social-first thinking, and large-scale campaign writing.

What the Role Involves

The copywriter will help shape brand narratives that connect strongly with audiences and support campaigns across a range of formats. The position calls for someone who can move comfortably between short-form social content and bigger ideas such as campaigns and brand films, while contributing to both client work and internal initiatives.

The right candidate should be comfortable brainstorming, handling pressure calmly, and producing work that is both sharp and relevant.

Key Work Areas

  • Create a wide mix of copy, from quick social pieces such as reels and shorts to larger campaign ideas and brand films.
  • Work closely with multiple creative stakeholders to build community-led and brand-specific campaigns, as well as always-on content.
  • Apply strong platform knowledge and communicate the brand’s point of view clearly across preferred channels.
  • Lead conceptual thinking, writing, and content development for pitches and ongoing projects.
  • Bring strong grammar, language control, and storytelling ability to every assignment.

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of practical experience in creative advertising and social media work.
  • Proven strength in copywriting, digital/social strategy, and campaign development.
  • Good grasp of ideation, brainstorming, organisation, communication, and time management.
  • Comfort working with designers, creators, and film editors in a fast-moving team setting.
  • Strong interest in major social media platforms and how they shape content and audience behaviour.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates digital and new media thinking along with solid creative execution.
