Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Cost Clerk for Toyota Al Badia in Dubai. In this role, you will support aftersales operations by handling costing, invoicing, and the administrative processing of workshop repairs. The position is important for keeping job records accurate, ensuring repairs are billed correctly, and helping the team meet Toyota and company standards.

What you will do
- Check, validate, and close completed job cards promptly and accurately.
- Make sure labor charges, parts, consumables, and repair codes are assigned and invoiced correctly.
- Help the workshop maintain accurate costing records and reduce lost productive hours.
- Confirm that job cards meet distributor and manufacturer process standards.
- Track work in progress and assist in closing repair orders without delay.
- Raise unresolved or uncosted repair cases when needed.
- Keep reliable records and support reporting through SAP and other internal systems.
- Work with service advisors, workshop staff, and management to keep aftersales operations running smoothly and customers satisfied.
Skills and experience needed
This role calls for strong accuracy, good analysis and troubleshooting ability, and a solid understanding of workshop operations and job costing. You should be organized, confident in administration, and able to communicate and collaborate well with others. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, and SAP knowledge is considered a strong advantage. The job also requires the ability to prioritize tasks and stay effective in a busy environment.
About the team
You will join the Toyota Aftersales team and coordinate closely with Service Advisors, workshop teams, and managers to ensure every repair order is processed correctly and completed according to operational standards. Qualifications and background
Applicants should have completed High School, College, or University education. An automotive qualification or a Government/National Trade Certificate in Mechanical Automotive Engineering is preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in automotive administration, reception, or costing work, along with a good understanding of repair procedures and workshop activities. Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and Word, are required, and a good command of English is necessary. Experience with SAP Dealer Systems is beneficial.
