Role overview

This is a senior leadership role in solutions consulting, combining modern technology advisory with full business ownership. The position sits at the intersection of P&L leadership, revenue generation, and client transformation delivery. You will lead forward-deployed solvers across the region and be accountable for profitable growth, new business outcomes, and enterprise impact.

You will act as a revenue-owning business leader responsible for driving AI-led transformation from first principles. The role calls for someone who can build and scale teams, shape regional strategy, and serve as a trusted executive advisor to enterprise customers. This is not a conventional sales role; it is a leadership position focused on architecting the transformation engine for the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, expand, and manage teams of Solutions Consultants and Account Managers across the assigned segment.
  • Spot sector-specific opportunities and accelerate the adoption of cloud and industry-focused solutions.
  • Advise senior leaders, including CEOs and CTOs, on cloud-driven transformation and business scaling.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade events, and industry forums while building thought leadership.
  • Develop partnerships and ecosystem relationships with clients, vendors, hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI partners.

  • Capability to connect business processes with technical architecture.
  • Product-minded consulting approach focused on scale rather than one-off solutions.
  • Ability to design actionable roadmaps that translate technology into measurable enterprise value.

Experience profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of experience in business technology, modernization, and outcome-oriented consulting. A strong record of owning P&L, growing multi-million-dollar net-new services business, and advising enterprise clients at C-suite level is expected. Deep familiarity with the local market, including clients, partners, CSP platforms, and ISV ecosystems, is also important.
