Role overview

This position is focused on collecting and delivering parcels safely, accurately, and on time. The courier is expected to verify package contents, complete scans to confirm order correctness, protect parcel security, and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Key duties

• Pick up and drop off packages safely along assigned routes and within required timeframes.
• Check and scan parcel contents during collection and delivery to make sure the order is correct.
• Deliver courteous customer service while ensuring parcels are packed and handled securely.
• Escalate delivery problems, damaged parcels, and address mismatches without delay.
• Complete any additional tasks requested by the employer.

Education requirement

A secondary school education, or an equivalent qualification, is required.

Experience requirement

Applicants should have at least 1 year of professional driving experience.

Licensing and capability requirements

The role requires an Australian driving licence in one of the following categories: minimum Class C (Car) licence or minimum Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence.
