Courier

Role overview

This position focuses on the careful collection and delivery of parcels, with an emphasis on punctuality, package integrity, and accurate handling. The courier is expected to follow set routes, meet scheduled delivery windows, and support a high standard of customer experience.

Key duties

• Pick up and drop off packages safely while following assigned routes and meeting strict timing requirements.
• Check and scan parcel contents to verify that the correct items are collected and delivered.
• Deliver courteous customer service and make sure packages remain properly secured during transit.
• Escalate delivery problems, damaged parcels, and address errors without delay.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

Licence and experience needed

A valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver licence is mandatory. Candidates should also have at least 1 year of professional driving experience.
