In this role, you will act as the brand guardian, lead daily marketing activity, and supervise a creative team so that every design and production output aligns with brand standards and delivers a consistent customer experience across all channels.
You will be responsible for organizing, prioritizing, executing, and monitoring marketing projects and incoming requests, while making sure brand rules are respected and delivery expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Build yearly brand marketing plans that support overall brand and marketing goals.
- Set up strategies, action plans, and measurement methods to evaluate how well each plan is performing.
- Partner with the merchandising team to deliver seasonal go-to-market plans that introduce new products, packages, promotions, collateral, training, and sales tools to retail managers, sales teams, and strategic partners.
- Design and maintain project management and traffic workflows, including timelines, task ownership, and resource planning.
- Guide the creative team in producing communications and materials that stay consistent with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate advertising, public relations, social media, outreach, and marketing events.
- Create marketing content and materials for multiple channels, including POS, print, outdoor, web, digital, social, mobile, and email.
- Oversee POS visual merchandising, the buying experience, and post-purchase engagement activities.
- Work with regional managers to plan and execute events, including defining goals, scheduling, communications, training, shipping, and setup of materials.
- Build strong relationships with regional and store managers to understand their needs and provide the tools, services, and support needed to grow business.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to review campaign performance and identify new sales opportunities.
- Create training programs that reinforce brand messages for store managers, sales teams, and marketing partners.
- Deliver regular progress reports covering plan activity, status, issues, budget position, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management is required; a master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in brand or creative services, ideally in luxury goods and within a retail consumer-brand setting.
- Strong marketing capability with solid business judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in go-to-market planning and project management, including planning, scheduling, and time/resource management.
- Excellent communication skills, including work with cross-functional teams, performance reporting, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Highly results-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Very organized, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and handle several projects at once.
- Comfortable adapting quickly and positively to changing priorities or direction.
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with graphics and internet-based software.
