The role calls for someone who can balance imagination with business thinking, communicate clearly with cross-functional partners, and keep multiple projects moving under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and refine creative strategies that support business goals, brand positioning, and the full range of marketing touchpoints.
  • Supervise and develop creative talent, including designers, copywriters, video specialists, and digital team members.
  • Direct creative production from concept development through final delivery while protecting quality, consistency, and timelines.
  • Work closely with marketing leaders, product teams, and senior executives to turn business needs into effective creative work.
  • Own brand stewardship by updating and enforcing brand guidelines across campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Develop and roll out integrated campaigns spanning digital, print, social, and experiential channels.
  • Oversee budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource planning to improve impact and return on investment.
  • Keep pace with design trends, marketing tools, and industry developments to keep creative output current and competitive.
  • Confidently present ideas, concepts, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a closely related creative discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading creative work is expected.
  • A strong portfolio showing success in brand building, campaign development, and creative strategy is essential.
  • Previous experience managing creative professionals and guiding teams effectively is important.
  • Hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, is needed.
  • Experience working across digital marketing channels and newer creative technologies is required.
  • Background in motion graphics and video production is preferred within the role requirements.
  • Understanding of web design, UX/UI concepts, and front-end development is valuable.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and creative workflow platforms is expected.
