Job description

Overview

WePlay, part of the rEvolution group, is an international sports marketing agency focused on driving measurable commercial growth. The business works where creativity, culture, and performance meet, helping brands and rights holders turn audience attention into real business outcomes. Its work includes brand and campaign development, content creation and production, and performance-led media, all delivered through an integrated, results-oriented model. With teams across Europe, the US, MENA, and Asia, the company combines local market understanding with global reach. Its client portfolio includes Emirates, adidas, Paris Saint-Germain, UFC, IRONMAN, AC Milan, Major League Cricket, and SailGP.

Role Summary

WePlay is hiring an experienced Creative Producer to join its creative production team. This role will support a major global client and the new business function, helping deliver standout campaigns at leading sporting events worldwide. You will work closely with creatives, clients, and talent to shape and execute shoots, while keeping production moving across planning, forecasting, budgeting, and estimates. The role is based in a hybrid setup with two days a week in the London Canary Wharf office, and it also requires global travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver content shoots for major global campaigns and activations across sport and lifestyle.
  • Handle production logistics, including crew bookings, travel, accommodation, permits, schedules, and equipment.
  • Take the lead on location, supporting creatives and talent so shoots run efficiently and the wider team can stay focused on delivery.
  • Partner with creative, production, and strategy teams to interpret briefs and convert them into practical production plans.
  • Track production schedules and budgets to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
  • Resolve problems quickly on set and adjust to changing conditions under pressure.
  • Maintain a composed, positive approach in fast-moving and high-pressure environments.
  • Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop strong working relationships with crew, creatives, and other project stakeholders.
  • Keep production documentation and processes organised to support consistency and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience producing shoots or campaigns, preferably in sports, entertainment, or live events. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable delivering to tight deadlines in demanding environments. A strong network of production contacts is important, along with solid people management and communication skills. The role requires adaptability, practical thinking, and confidence working internationally and on location in changing conditions. Experience with studio sets, lighting, and equipment for fast-paced talent or brand shoots is also valuable. Weekend or evening availability may be needed during live events. A genuine interest in sport, travel, and ambitious creative ideas is essential. Prior agency or broadcast production experience is a plus, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable. A strong awareness of social trends, brand activity, and creative innovation will be an advantage.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with two days per week in the London office.
  • 30 days of annual leave plus standard Bank Holidays.
  • Christmas office closure, deducted from annual leave allowance.
  • Access to WePlay Academy training and external knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Monthly social activities and access to industry events.
  • Enhanced parental leave support.
  • Mental wellbeing support, including access to the Calm app.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

WePlay is committed to building a workplace where people from all backgrounds can succeed. The company encourages applications from candidates who are underrepresented in the industry. Applicants are welcomed even if they do not meet every requirement, as attitude, motivation, ambition, and willingness to learn are also highly valued. All eligible applicants will be considered fairly regardless of age, disability, gender identity, ethnicity, marital status, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation.
