Role Overview
As a Creative Strategist, you will act as the main creative force behind the brand. You will design emotionally engaging campaigns that connect with the target audience while also supporting commercial goals. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original, scalable campaign concepts that deliver strong emotional appeal and social value.
- Identify customer insights and market trends to shape distinctive marketing approaches.
- Build and maintain a compelling brand identity that captures attention and inspires the audience.
- Plan and run testing and analysis activities to improve campaign performance over time.

Candidate Profile
