We are looking for a versatile Creative Strategist to help shape client success. In this role, you will work closely with the Revenue team, support client conversations, and provide creative guidance that aligns with each customer’s goals. You will present the value of the Creative Studio, recommend ideas that strengthen brand impact, and help improve campaign results.
This is a remote-first position and is open to candidates located in Canada.
What You Will Do

- Build and refine workflows and templates to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Serve as a creative subject-matter expert to help the Sales team win new business, grow accounts, and retain clients.
- Guide the use of generative AI tools by reviewing outputs, correcting them, and ensuring brand standards are maintained.
- Own the creative request process from the first brief through final delivery, keeping multiple projects on schedule and aligned to requirements.
- Partner with the Production team to create inventive ad creative that follows client guidelines and supports stronger campaign performance.
- Develop modular creative systems that can scale across channels with many ad variations.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction; graphic design experience is considered an asset, and candidates should share work samples if available.
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling concepts.
- Solid planning and prioritization skills, with an emphasis on high-impact work that improves client KPIs.
- Experience producing ads, campaigns, or other promotional content for digital channels such as social media, email, websites, or paid media.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, especially when presenting ideas and handling feedback.
- Comfort working with generative AI models and reviewing or improving AI-generated creative work.
- Extra consideration will be given to candidates with advanced knowledge of programmatic advertising, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or French fluency.
