Role Overview

YAZ Media is hiring a Creative Strategist who has a strong background in client relations and business development. The right candidate should be fluent in Arabic, confident in communication, capable of managing several projects at once, and skilled at shaping and presenting creative ideas and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main creative point of contact between the Sales team and clients, making sure campaign ideas and deliverables stay aligned with client goals and contribute to sales outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Sales to build, refine, and execute creative campaign strategies that help drive revenue and deepen client relationships.
  • Support the preparation of persuasive campaign proposals, presentations, and pitches that clearly explain creative direction and business impact.
  • Gain a strong understanding of each client’s industry, business model, and audience so strategic and creative recommendations can be made proactively.
  • Collaborate with in-house creative, production, marketing, and post-production teams to develop fresh ideas, visuals, and campaign approaches.
  • Develop and present concepts for social media campaigns, digital content, and video productions, including commercials and branded storytelling.
  • Make sure every concept reflects the client’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and revenue priorities.
  • Guide the creative process from concept development through scriptwriting, location planning, casting, and wardrobe coordination, ensuring the logistics are clearly mapped and efficiently handled.
  • Present creative ideas and progress updates to clients on a regular basis, and incorporate feedback to improve final outputs.
  • Work with the marketing team to create social calendars, campaign timelines, and content strategies that support wider marketing plans.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard across all creative outputs, with attention to quality, consistency, and delivery timelines.
  • Approve final creative assets before they are shared with clients, ensuring they match brand direction and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and spoken communication in each.
  • Confidence in client-facing settings, including the ability to pitch ideas and present creative work effectively.
  • Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines across multiple assignments.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational ability and the capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.
  • Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience in creative direction, particularly in commercials and CGI work.
