Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Creator Closer for a full-time, entirely remote position. The core of this role involves producing compelling long-form YouTube content to attract and convert prospective clients. You will be provided with comprehensive support, including a dedicated YouTube channel, established systems, scripts, and video editing resources. Your primary task will be to record two long-form videos daily, each between 15-25 minutes, focusing on different companies. The objective is to cultivate a substantial subscriber base, leading to scheduled sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish two distinct long-form YouTube videos (15-25 minutes each) daily.
  • Engage with an audience to build trust and generate qualified leads for sales calls.
  • Conduct high-ticket sales calls (approximately 15 minutes each) via Zoom, following a proven sales process.
  • Identify prospect goals, address motivations, and effectively handle objections to secure enrollment.
  • Manage your own leads through follow-ups using the provided CRM system.
  • Utilize company trading systems for personal financial growth.

Qualifications and Mindset

  • Demonstrated experience in content creation with a comfortable on-camera presence.
  • Proven success in sales, particularly in high-ticket sales, with a strong ability to guide clients to purchase decisions.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, including effective time management, pipeline tracking, CRM utilization, and performance reporting for both content creation and sales activities.
  • Must be available to conduct sales calls during U.S. business hours.
  • A robust work ethic and a commitment to continuous growth are essential; daily video publication is a non-negotiable requirement.
