Job description

Role summary

This temporary part-time position supports a team that connects creators with brand partnerships. The assignment runs for roughly four and a half months, is fully remote, and is intended to cover a teammate’s leave. The workload is about 20 hours per week from August through December.

About the company

The organization works in the creator economy, helping creators turn online content into sustainable careers. Since 2012, it has paid out more than $200 million to creators and built a network reaching more than 400 million followers across YouTube and TikTok. It operates selectively, moves quickly, and is comfortable with the fast-paced, unpredictable nature of internet culture.

What the role involves

This is a hands-on support role for the brand partnerships team. The focus is on keeping live creator-brand deals moving smoothly, maintaining timelines, and making sure campaigns stay organized from briefing through delivery.

Core duties

  • Distribute briefs, guidelines, and timelines to creators, then follow up so deadlines and key steps are not missed.
  • Coordinate communication between creators and brands, gathering approvals, feedback, and deliverables to keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Review creator content before publication to confirm it aligns with the brief, then verify the post goes live correctly and share the live links in Slack and the internal dashboard.
  • Support a podcast partnership by screening sponsor inquiries, drafting ad-read scripts, and checking them against approved copy, links, and promo codes before airtime.
  • Track deal payments and creator payouts to help ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Respond to inbound partnership requests and use internal tools such as Beacons and Solira to match creators with suitable opportunities.

Additional support tasks

  • If time allows, assist with outreach to brands and agencies, help prepare creator pitches and partnership concepts, and reconnect with previous partners.

What will help you succeed

  • Strong organizational habits and comfort managing many moving pieces at once.
  • Clear, professional written communication with creators and brand partners.
  • Reliable follow-through and attention to detail without repeated reminders.
  • Genuine interest in the creator economy and internet culture.
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, LinkedIn outreach, Beacons, Solira, or Lusha is helpful, though training can be provided.

  • Temporary assignment dates: August 1, 2026 through December 20, 2026.
