Wendy’s is hiring a Crew Member for its New Smyrna Beach location. This role is part of the team from day one and focuses on delivering friendly service, preparing food to brand standards, and helping keep the restaurant running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Bring a helpful, positive approach to working with teammates and customers.
• Support the team by stepping in wherever needed during the shift.
• Learn quickly and contribute to a welcoming, team-oriented environment.
• Take action when something seems off and help make it right.
• Stand and stay active for most, if not all, of the shift.
• Operate restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, or grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve guests, and maintain a clean, organized restaurant.

Additional Information

Pay range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. Wendy’s has an ongoing need for this role.
