Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site CRM Manager position in Lucknow. The role focuses on managing customer information, segmenting audiences, and keeping the CRM system accurate and complete. You will plan and run engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and personalized outreach through SMS, email, and phone. The position also requires tracking customer behavior and feedback, identifying ways to improve repeat business and retention, and partnering with sales and marketing teams to turn customer insights into business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the CRM database and ensure customer records are up to date, accurate, and complete.
  • Create and execute customer engagement campaigns and loyalty initiatives across multiple communication channels.
  • Use customer data to build segments and deliver targeted, personalized communication.
  • Monitor customer responses, preferences, and feedback to uncover retention and repeat-purchase opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and track important CRM and campaign metrics.
  • Coordinate with store teams on customer follow-up and service-related actions.
  • Manage CRM projects from initial planning through execution and review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical ability to review customer information, evaluate campaign results, and generate practical insights.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for working with teams and engaging customers.
  • Sales and relationship-management capability to support conversions, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of segmentation and targeting to design relevant audience groups and engagement plans.
  • Project management skills to organize, execute, and monitor CRM initiatives on schedule.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic reporting or data management software such as Excel and dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred; prior CRM or retail experience is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work from the Lucknow location, manage several priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a busy retail environment.

This opportunity is based in Lucknow and requires an on-site presence. The role is within a fast-paced retail environment, where coordination with store teams and timely customer follow-up are important parts of the job.
