  • Take the lead in producing the overall project estimate.
  • Prepare the Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, including recommendations for cost contingency.
  • Review complex issues and suggest practical solutions aligned with project goals and company standards.
  • Keep an up-to-date database of local rates to support accurate estimating.

The ideal candidate will bring solid estimating experience, strong communication skills, and a quality-driven approach.

  • Proven background as an Estimator, with progressive responsibility gained in a construction environment.
  • Hands-on experience with estimating platforms such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX.
  • A degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in Critical Infrastructure and MEP is helpful, but not mandatory.
  • RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered status, or working toward one; support is available.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients in an open, collaborative environment.

Interview process

Interviews are held either face-to-face or virtually, and video is required for virtual meetings.
