Role overview

Walmart is hiring for a Custodial role within its Distribution Warehouse Maintenance team in Williamsburg, Virginia. This work supports the upkeep of facility equipment and day-to-day maintenance operations in a supply chain environment.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.25 to $24.75. The role may also qualify for annual or quarterly performance incentives. In some situations, additional pay premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. More than one premium can be paid if the qualifying conditions are met.

The actual hourly rate will be at least the minimum wage required for the job location.

Employment details

This is a full-time position with weekend fifth-shift availability.
