Job description

The Opportunity

The Customer Care Coordinator plays a key role in building and maintaining support worker rosters so clients receive consistent coverage and smooth service. The position requires close coordination with the internal team, resolving roster clashes, and making sure scheduling follows policy and client-specific needs.

This position suits someone with strong communication, solid organisational ability, a calm approach under pressure, and the flexibility to work in a busy, changing environment.

The role is part time for 22 hours each week, with the following schedule: Tuesday 4:30pm to 10:00pm, Saturday 6:30am to 3:00pm, and Sunday 6:30am to 4:00pm.

Skills and Experience

  • Background in customer service or call centre work
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High standards of professional conduct, including respect for confidentiality and privacy
  • Ability to work on your own as well as collaborate effectively in a team
  • Good time management, prioritisation, and organisational capability
  • Confident use of computer systems, including the Microsoft suite
