Role overview
Emirates NBD is looking for a UAE National Inbound Customer Service Associate to join its contact center in Ras Al Khaimah. This position supports the bank’s goal of attracting and developing national talent in a modern, collaborative workplace. The role centers on helping customers over the phone, sharing accurate information about banking products and services, and maintaining a high standard of customer care.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will manage incoming calls professionally, respond to customer questions, and provide clear guidance on banking offerings. You will also handle requests and complaints, record and direct service issues to the right teams, and follow internal procedures as well as privacy and information security requirements.
Requirements
Applicants must be UAE Nationals with a Family Book and be based for the role in Ras Al Khaimah. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, along with strong written and spoken English. The position also calls for solid problem-solving ability, confidence under pressure, a positive mindset, and willingness to learn. Candidates should be prepared to work rotating shifts and weekends.
