About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join a dynamic team supporting daily customer operations. This position is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience through account assistance, communication, and internal coordination. The role is a long-term, ongoing contract with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position. The work is based in Denver, CO, and requires an onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, high-quality support to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Engage with customers via email and occasional phone calls to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Monitor account activities, verify information accuracy, and escalate any discrepancies.
- Assist with billing and reporting tasks, ensuring all documentation is timely and correct.
- Collaborate with different departments to resolve customer concerns and maintain excellent service levels.
- Maintain organized records and track account statuses to proactively identify and address potential problems.
- Contribute to team process improvements and provide status updates on ongoing assignments.
Qualifications
- Possess 0-1 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or operations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
- Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Excel is advantageous.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent practical experience.
