Role overview
Lynon is hiring an experienced CRM Manager with a strong background in iGaming. This position is centered on creating, improving, and expanding CRM communications that strengthen player engagement, retention, and lifetime value across several channels.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of CRM campaigns in Customer.io, including email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS when relevant.
- Create and refine automated customer journeys for onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn reduction.
- Build audience segments based on player behavior, lifecycle stage, and customer value.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, BI, and Tech teams to ensure CRM efforts support wider business goals.
- Configure and monitor event tracking, triggers, and data pipelines within Customer.io.
- Measure campaign results such as open rate, click-through rate, conversion, retention, and lifetime value, then turn findings into practical recommendations.
- Run A/B tests on messaging, send timing, and delivery channels to improve overall performance.
- Make sure all CRM communication follows iGaming compliance rules and responsible gaming standards.
- Keep CRM messaging accurate, personalized, and localized whenever required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a CRM Manager within the iGaming sector.
- Hands-on exposure to bonus structures, promotional campaigns, and gamification features.
- Strong knowledge of player lifecycle management, retention tactics, and engagement approaches used in iGaming.
- Practical experience with segmentation, automation, and behavioral triggers.
- Comfort working with metrics, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
- Ability to manage large datasets and coordinate with BI or analytics teams.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to campaign execution.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Basic SQL skills or familiarity with data querying.
- Experience using Customer.io.
- Exposure to other CRM or marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of A/B testing methods.

This role is based in Yerevan, Armenia and is offered as a full-time onsite position.
