Customer Service Associate - Fresher

About the role

Highspring is looking for a Customer Service Associate who can support customers through phone, email, and chat while maintaining a strong service experience. This role calls for clear communication, working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to converse fluently in spoken Kannada.

What you will do

• Handle customer queries across phone, email, and chat, sharing accurate information about products and services.
• Use MS Office tools to organize, track, and resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Communicate comfortably in spoken Kannada so customers can be assisted in their preferred language.
• Work closely with team members to keep service delivery smooth and consistently meet performance goals.
• Record customer interactions and transactions carefully so issues can be tracked and service quality improved.
• Address complaints and escalations by following the company’s internal processes and policies.
• Take initiative to improve customer satisfaction through proactive support and personalized issue resolution.

Salary

The position offers an annual package in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 7,00,000.
