Role Overview

Tabby is hosting an open recruitment day for Customer Service Representatives in Riyadh. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity for motivated professionals who want to join a fast-growing fintech company serving customers across the GCC.

Tabby helps people shop and pay more flexibly through payment solutions such as Buy Now, Pay Later, and works with major brands across the region. Please note that some of the company’s products are interest-bearing, as it is a financial services business.

Job Summary

You will be part of the Customer Support Ops department and will handle customer interactions across phone, chat, and email. The role focuses on resolving issues efficiently while delivering a clear and positive support experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries by phone, chat, and email in both Arabic and English.
• Resolve issues, answer product-related questions, and help ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Work according to company procedures and use internal tools to provide accurate and timely support.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants communicate confidently in Arabic and English, including English at B2 level or higher. The role suits people who are calm under pressure, quick to learn, dependable, and comfortable working rotating 24/7 shifts from the office.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this role is SAR 6,000 to SAR 7,500.
