Job description

About the Role

Baytonia is seeking a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to support customer communication and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to customer questions and requests through phone calls, direct messages, and social media channels.
  • Check in with customers after their interactions and make sure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily.
  • Manage complaints and work toward suitable resolutions.
  • Partner with internal departments to help resolve customer needs and service requests.
  • Keep detailed and accurate logs of all customer communications and actions taken.

Requirements

  • Prior background in customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, along with solid problem-solving ability.
  • Good command of English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a team.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Additional Information

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is an on-site full-time opportunity.
