Role overview
We are looking for a Customer Specialist in Bengaluru to help capture, organize, and interpret customer feedback through conversations, interviews, and research activities. The role involves working closely with customers, understanding their experiences in detail, and turning that input into useful insights.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out customer interviews, research conversations, and survey-based interactions.
- Establish trust with customers and collect in-depth feedback through well-structured discussions.
- Review customer input, spot recurring patterns, and summarize meaningful themes.
- Support the creation of questionnaires, interview guides, and other research-related workflows.
Skills and qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Communications, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in research, customer support, surveys, or market research; fresh graduates may also apply.
- Strong spoken and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A curious and empathetic approach with the ability to identify trends in qualitative feedback.
- Basic working knowledge of survey tools, spreadsheets, or simple data analysis.
