Role overview
Coderra is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support businesses as they adopt, use, and expand with the company’s AI-focused platform. This position is customer-facing and covers onboarding, product adoption, account support, and growth. You will work with SMEs, SMBs, and enterprise customers in Australian and international markets, helping them understand the value of Coderra’s products and translate that into lasting business outcomes.
What you will be doing
- Guide new customers through onboarding, demos, workshops, and product walkthroughs.
- Develop trusted relationships with business owners, operators, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Help clients realise value from Coderra’s AI products, including AISO and CommOps.
- Monitor customer needs, feedback, adoption levels, and success metrics.
- Spot opportunities to expand accounts through upselling, retention, and deeper product usage.
- Collaborate regularly with sales, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
- Draft meeting summaries, follow-up actions, customer updates, and internal task notes.
- Travel within Australia and overseas for client meetings, launches, and strategic discussions.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant is a strong communicator with a customer-first approach and a good commercial mindset. You should feel comfortable speaking with clients, asking thoughtful questions, and turning customer challenges into practical next steps. Preferred experience
It would be an advantage to have experience in customer success, sales, account management, SaaS, product support, business analysis, or digital marketing. Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Canva, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms is also helpful. Prior exposure to SME, SMB, or enterprise customers is desirable.

Location: Australia-based. Experience requirement: 2+ years in customer success, sales, account management, or SaaS. Domestic and international travel is required. There is potential for ESOP for the right long-term team member.
