Job description
Role Overview
This is a domestic voice customer support role delivered from home. The main responsibility is to answer incoming customer calls and help resolve questions or concerns related to the service.
Compensation
The CTC is Rs. 18.5k per month. Take-home pay is expected to be in the range of Rs. 14k to Rs. 15k.
Work Schedule
The position follows a six-day working pattern with one weekly off.
Contract Details
This assignment is offered as a contractual engagement for three months.
Candidate Profile
Applicants must have strong English communication skills. The role is open to any graduate.
System and Connectivity Requirements
- Processor should be i5, i7, Ryzen 5, or Ryzen 7.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM is required.
- The system must run on Windows 10.
- Internet speed should be at least 30 Mbps.
- Power backup is mandatory.
- Only a headset is allowed; handsfree and neckband devices are not acceptable.
