Skills and Requirements
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and bring strong interpersonal as well as communication skills. You should be comfortable balancing several tasks in a fast-moving environment, using basic computer tools, and working on your own in a remote setup. Careful attention to detail, solid problem-solving ability, and a calm, customer-focused attitude are essential. Prior customer support experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
