Job description

About the Role

Join a next-generation AI job search platform that aims to make career discovery quicker, smarter, and more personal. This position is focused on converting raw product and agent data into actionable insights that influence product decisions, improve agent performance, and help the team decide where to concentrate next.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Work with data from AI systems that are actively reshaping the job-search experience, with a direct influence on the product’s direction.
  • Your analysis will feed real operational and strategic decisions, from refining agents to guiding the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams that depend on data to move projects forward.
  • Be part of a team that already invests in data infrastructure and tooling, allowing you to focus on analysis rather than backend setup.

Responsibilities

  • Examine product, user, and agent performance data to identify trends that support both immediate actions and long-term planning.
  • Create clear, well-structured reports and dashboards that help product, engineering, and external partners act on findings.
  • Respond to data questions quickly and carefully, turning ambiguous requests into precise analysis and easy-to-understand summaries.
  • Partner with your manager and cross-functional colleagues to improve how agent quality is measured and monitored over time.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related technical area.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain patterns and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid grasp of statistics, experimentation, and the core concepts behind AI and machine learning systems.

Preferred:

  • Internship or project exposure in a data analyst, analytics, or research role within a technology or AI-oriented environment.
  • Experience turning messy, large-scale data into practical, decision-ready recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python or R, data modeling basics, and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
