What you will do

Candidate profile

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant quantitative or technical discipline is preferred, along with up to 2 years of experience in analysis, reporting, or data visualization.

Compensation and benefits

Ericsson offers pay based on location and the candidate’s background, including knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience. The listed annual salary amounts are $73,625 for bachelor’s degree holders and $81,375 for master’s degree holders. The hiring bonus is $8,500 for bachelor’s degree holders and $11,500 for master’s degree holders.

In addition, eligible employees may receive annual short-term variable compensation based on business and individual performance. Benefits include medical and dental plan options, company credits toward employee and dependent premiums, retirement savings support through the Ericsson US 401(k) Plan, life and disability coverage credits, and access to a stock purchase plan.

Time-off benefits include at least 15 accrued vacation days for new employees, up to 3 personal days annually, 11 holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time each year, with paid time off prorated by start date. Ericsson also provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of paid parental or adoption leave at full pay.
