What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Background in data entry, administrative support, operations support, or a similar function.
  • Very strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good planning, organization, and time-management ability.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong English written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, stay on track, and meet deadlines while remote.

Preferred experience

  • Exposure to the construction industry.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Previous support experience in administrative or operational processes.
