Role summary

More Recruits is hiring a dependable, accuracy-driven Data Entry Assistant to support internal operations and business development activities. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for keeping business and client information organized, correct, and consistent across different systems. This opportunity is available to candidates located in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Record, revise, and maintain business and client information with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Check entries for completeness, consistency, and correctness.
• Compare source information against records and fix any mismatches or errors.
• Keep digital files and records structured and easy to retrieve.
• Prepare simple reports for internal reference.
• Adhere to standards related to data quality, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Work toward daily and weekly targets for productivity and accuracy.

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior exposure to data entry or administrative support is advantageous.
• Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms or databases.
• Comfort using Google Workspace tools such as Docs and Sheets.
• Awareness of business, sales, or operations-related data.

Work schedule

This is a fully remote position aligned to standard US business hours.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $38,000 to $42,000, depending on experience and performance.
