About the Role
We are seeking a careful and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support the accuracy and organization of company records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with information, has strong attention to detail, and consistently delivers precise, well-structured work.

Key Responsibilities
- Input, revise, and keep data current across internal databases and systems.
- Check records for completeness and accuracy before they are entered.
- Identify inconsistencies in data and make corrections where necessary.
- Maintain both digital and paper-based files in an organized manner.
- Create reports and locate information when requested by team members.
- Protect confidential information and follow company policies for secure handling.
- Work with colleagues from different departments to collect and update information.
- Carry out regular quality checks to support data integrity.
- Support administrative work and complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Prior experience in data entry, clerical work, or administration is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing ability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Exposure to database tools and data management systems is helpful.
- Strong organizational habits and careful attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills.
