About the role
We’re seeking a careful and dependable Data Entry Clerk to support the accuracy and organization of company records. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with information, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes satisfaction in producing precise work.

Key responsibilities
- Input, refresh, and maintain information in internal databases and systems.
- Check records for completeness and correctness before entering them.
- Identify inconsistencies in data and make necessary corrections.
- Keep digital and paper files arranged and up to date.
- Prepare reports and locate information when requested by colleagues.
- Protect confidential data and follow company procedures for secure handling.
- Work with different teams to collect and update required information.
- Carry out regular checks to preserve data quality and consistency.
- Support administrative work and take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent credential is required.
- Prior experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work is preferred.
- Strong keyboarding ability and a high degree of accuracy are important.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, is expected.
- Experience with databases or data management software is an added advantage.
- Excellent organization and close attention to detail are essential.
- The ability to manage time well and work to deadlines is needed.
- Good written and spoken communication skills are required.
