Data Entry Clerk

About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for a remote Data Entry Clerk to help manage data handling tasks, update records, maintain documentation, and support organized administrative processes in a distributed work setting.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with everyday operational tasks, record management, and coordination across teams.
• Keep internal documentation current, orderly, and accurate.
• Share status updates, questions, and important information clearly with relevant stakeholders.
• Handle confidential business, customer, employee, or financial information responsibly when needed.
• Help ensure remote work is consistent, organized, and precise.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, dependable communication, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and completing tasks through to finish.
• Ability to operate in a structured business setting.
• Experience or comfort with documentation, record keeping, or other operational support work.
• Good organizational ability and practical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background supporting remote teams or documentation-intensive work.
• Exposure to administrative, operations, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support functions.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling recurring tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment

• This is a remote role for candidates based in the United States.
• The position is full-time.
• Work may involve individual execution and/or coordination responsibilities depending on the assignment.
