Responsibilities

• Enter large volumes of information from different sources into company databases with speed and accuracy.
• Check records for mistakes or inconsistencies and make sure they meet internal quality standards.
• Keep database information current and carry out routine checks to maintain data quality.
• Treat confidential and sensitive records with care and follow applicable data privacy rules.
• Organize and prepare documents for entry, including identifying and interpreting the information to be captured.
• Support data cleanup assignments and help improve data-handling workflows.
• Work with colleagues across teams to address and resolve data issues.

Qualifications

• Prior work in data entry, administration, or a similar support role.
• Fast and accurate typing with strong attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Comfort using data management software and database systems.
• Strong organization and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Minimum educational requirement of GCSEs or an equivalent qualification.
