Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Data Insights Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting meaningful patterns, and converting raw information into practical business recommendations. This role suits someone who is detail-focused, analytical, and interested in supporting decision-making through accurate reporting and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data from different business systems and sources, then clean and prepare it for analysis.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visual presentations that make findings easy to understand.
- Review datasets to uncover trends, relationships, and insights that can inform business actions.
- Track KPIs and other performance measures regularly.
- Check reports and data outputs for consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting and analysis needs.
- Communicate conclusions and suggested next steps in a clear, practical manner.
- Contribute to data-led improvements and ongoing business optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis, basic statistics, and reporting methods.
- Strong Excel skills, with SQL knowledge preferred.
- Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or comparable analytical tools is an added advantage.
- Sharp analytical thinking and a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort handling large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.
- A degree, diploma, or training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
