Job description

Overview

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Partnerships Manager based in the United States. The position offers annual compensation in the range of $110,000 to $220,000.

What you’ll do

  • Find, approach, and assess prospective B2B partners who can contribute to company growth.
  • Manage the full outreach flow from first identification of prospects through qualification and transfer to the sales team.
  • Run large-scale outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other inventive outreach methods.
  • Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems to organize, develop, and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
  • Present complex ideas around AI and data in a clear, persuasive way to founders and senior decision-makers.
  • Evaluate organizations against partnership standards and narrow the list to the strongest-fit prospects for follow-up.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong verbal and written communication ability, with a natural talent for influence and relationship-building.
  • Comfort and confidence in speaking with founders, CEOs, and other senior leaders.
  • The ability to quickly establish credibility while handling topics such as privacy, security, confidentiality, and data ownership.
  • Solid experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and B2B business development.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools.
