Key duties

• Welcome guests as they arrive and see them off when they leave.
• Create a warm, social, and memorable guest experience.
• Handle waitlists and share reliable estimated wait times with guests.
• Follow the health and safety practices described in the restaurant’s safety program.
• Keep the dining area clean, prepared, and presentation-ready with strong attention to detail.
