Compensation

Pay starts at $11.12 and can go up to $14.05 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Make, package, and sell baked deli items according to company standards.
• Keep prep areas and workstations organized and properly stocked.
• Prepare food by following the provided process cards and procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong guest-service mindset and the ability to maintain a customer-first environment.
• Comfort handling sales transactions accurately.
• Ability to prepare and handle food in a clean and safe manner.
• Willingness to follow company processes and policies consistently.
• Ability to use basic equipment such as computers and telephones as needed.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work well with others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar food service or bakery role.
• ServSafe certification is an advantage.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
