Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Proficiency in map reading and navigating to addresses within the designated delivery zone.
• Ability to handle deliveries in various environments, including multi-story buildings.
• Willingness to drive in diverse weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow, and high winds.
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor.
• Adhere to Domino's Pizza's image and uniform guidelines.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to upholding high-quality standards, even during busy periods.

Job Duties

• Process customer orders accurately, whether received in person or over the phone.
• Prepare all menu items according to company standards.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing ingredients in storage areas, the production line, and walk-in coolers.
• Ensure daily cleanliness of all equipment and the facility.
• Distribute promotional and marketing materials as needed.
• Communicate clearly and positively with customers and colleagues.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Functions and Skills

• Accurate and rapid performance of basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), with calculator use permitted.
• Competence in making correct cash transactions.
• Proficiency in entering orders using computer keyboards and touch screens.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within set timeframes.

Physical Requirements

• Many duties require standing for extended periods.
• Delivery personnel must be able to walk briskly or run, when safe, between the store, their vehicle, and the customer's location.
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds and rare lifting of up to 50 pounds is expected.
• Handling packages of varying weights and sizes during deliveries.
• Infrequent ladder climbing may be necessary for cleaning or maintenance tasks.
• Deliveries may involve navigating five or more flights of stairs.
• Frequent crouching, bending, and reaching are involved in food preparation, stocking, and cleaning.
