Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is focused on the safe and timely movement of CRYPT products to customers, retail partners, and warehouses. The driver will be expected to handle deliveries carefully, maintain vehicle readiness, and support day-to-day logistics operations while representing the brand in a professional manner.

Key Duties

The role includes loading goods securely, transporting them to the required destination, and completing deliveries within agreed timeframes. The driver will check orders and delivery paperwork, keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, and escalate any delays, incidents, or vehicle concerns to the supervisor. The position also calls for courteous interaction at delivery points, obtaining signatures or other delivery confirmation, and protecting products from damage to preserve quality standards. In addition, the driver will work closely with warehouse and sales teams, comply with traffic and safety rules, and may assist with shipment organization and basic stock movement when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Professional customer service approach with the ability to deal respectfully and effectively with customers, team members, and business partners.
• Commercial awareness that supports promotional deliveries, customer interaction, and brand presentation.
• Ability to operate or quickly learn basic warehouse handling tools; forklift experience is useful but not essential.
• Willingness to receive training in safe driving, product handling, and company processes.
• Previous exposure to retail, logistics, or food and beverage operations is an added advantage, particularly in fast-paced customer-facing settings.
• Valid UAE driving licence covering delivery vehicles such as bikes and cars, along with a clean driving history.
• Strong familiarity with Dubai routes and traffic regulations, plus good route planning and time management.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages safely, remain on your feet for long periods, and work flexible schedules including evenings or weekends when needed.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional, with conduct that matches the CRYPT brand image.
