Role overview
The Department Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of a store department end to end. This includes keeping operations on track, maintaining merchandise presentation, ensuring product availability, and managing inventory effectively. The role also plays an important part in promoting workplace safety and building a positive, inclusive environment where team members can grow and perform at their best.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily store and department operations with a strong focus on execution and consistency.
- Oversee stock management, availability of products, and standards for merchandising and presentation.
- Champion a safety-first culture within the team and across the store.
- Support the development of a positive, engaging, and inclusive team environment.
