Job description
Role overview
This position is for an Architecture Design Coordinator based in Singapore. The role supports design coordination and construction documentation within a main contractor environment, working alongside BIM specialists and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with BIM modellers to support design coordination activities.
- Prepare construction documentation, including shop drawings for submission and approval.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the operations team.
- Take part in tender-related work.
Requirements
- A degree in Architecture is required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a main construction company.
- Strong ability to interpret and work from construction drawings.
- Prior project exposure in buildings or hotels is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
- Good interpersonal skills are important for this role.

This is a full-time onsite position in Singapore.
