Job description

About the Role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Digital Designer to join JoyLab, the company’s internal content studio. In this role, you will help create and deliver large volumes of digital creative for the U.S. brand portfolio, including brands such as Sour Patch Kids, Clif Bar, and Chips Ahoy! The position focuses on efficient, scalable production across multiple channels and brands.

What You’ll Do

  • Create digital shelf and eCommerce assets such as product page imagery, lifestyle visuals, comparison charts, and enhanced content components.
  • Rework existing brand and campaign materials into formats suited for online retail, paid social, and digital banner placements.
  • Develop motion graphics and short video pieces that help tell product stories and drive engagement.
  • Handle high-volume resizing, formatting, and versioning of creative assets across brands and platforms.
  • Use emerging creative tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve design workflows and support idea generation.
  • Make sure all outputs follow brand standards, legal guidelines, and retailer requirements.
  • Prepare, organize, and upload assets into Mondelēz DAM systems, including correct tagging and file handling.
  • Work with brand, Omni, and Digital Commerce teams to support business needs and priorities.
  • Incorporate input from cross-functional stakeholders quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and visual consistency across all deliverables.
  • Help improve templates, tools, and processes to increase speed and efficiency.

Experience & Skills Needed

The ideal candidate should bring 3–4 years of experience in graphic design, digital content production, or a similar area. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage. Background in CPG, food and beverage, or digital shelf content is preferred. You should also be comfortable with motion design, video editing, multitasking, and working within established brand systems in a fast-paced environment.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent experience may also be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $66,400 to $91,300 per year. Final pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. This position is also eligible for a competitive bonus program, with potential for additional payout based on performance and company results.

Additional benefits may include health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Some benefits may require eligibility, and several are subsidized or fully paid by the company.
