Job overview
This position is focused on planning and tracking project execution through scheduling tools, digital monitoring systems, and structured reporting. The selected candidate will work closely with site personnel and multiple project functions to help keep activities moving on time.
Core responsibilities
- Create and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6.
- Review project progress and refresh schedules on a regular basis.
- Use digital platforms for monitoring, including tools related to safety, quality, and other project needs.
- Work in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.
- Identify schedule slippages, monitor delays, and escalate key concerns.
- Keep project records, data, and documentation well organized and up to date.
Required skills and qualifications
- Practical understanding of Primavera P6.
- Exposure to project tracking or monitoring systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Clear communication and coordination skills.
Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in project planning or project monitoring is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
