Job description

About the role

SELMA is looking for a creative and well-organised digital marketer to help the business present strongly across multiple channels. The company develops software for private training providers, vocational education organisations, and higher education institutions in Australia and New Zealand, and it is expanding across both markets.

This position suits someone who enjoys hands-on marketing delivery across websites, design, social media, email, paid campaigns, and events. The strategy and brand direction are already in place, so the focus of this role is executing consistently and making an impact from the start.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep the Webflow site up to date, improve page content, and support search optimisation.
  • Handle on-page SEO work and review website performance in Google Search Console.
  • Support GEO and LLM search visibility so the brand can appear in AI-generated search results.
  • Create social graphics, email creative, and event materials in Canva while staying within brand standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and post organic content on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
  • Run email marketing activity through Zoho Campaigns.
  • Manage paid social advertising on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Help organise the company’s participation in industry conferences in New Zealand and Australia.
  • Monitor campaign results and prepare monthly performance reports.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have either formal education or practical experience in digital marketing, communications, design, or a similar area. A real interest in software, SaaS, or education is important.

You should bring strong visual judgement, be comfortable designing in Canva, and be able to write clearly for different audiences and channels. Experience with Webflow and a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals are also important.

We are seeking someone who is organised, self-motivated, and able to manage work through to completion. Curiosity about the future of digital marketing, especially AI-led search, will be valuable. Experience with Zoho, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, or B2B SaaS is a bonus.

Benefits and perks

  • Competitive pay with room for future growth.
  • Strong ownership and autonomy from the beginning.
  • Exposure to web, content, design, campaigns, and events.
  • A supportive, trust-based team in a growing SaaS company.
  • Public transport subsidy plus additional employee perks.

Application note

Applicants should send a brief note explaining why the position appeals to them when applying.

Leave it if you'd like a reply — we won't use it for anything else.
