Job description

Position Summary

This role focuses on coordinating and delivering digital marketing activity across email, SMS, paid media, and e-commerce touchpoints. It acts as a central connector among marketing, creative, merchandising, e-commerce, and agency partners so that campaigns go live on schedule, customer journeys are refined, and commercial targets are met. The position blends campaign execution, project coordination, performance analysis, and clear cross-team communication to support customer engagement and growth in online sales.

Responsibilities

  • Shape a seamless customer journey from marketing communications through to the website by partnering with the E-commerce and Digital Marketing teams.
  • Manage the e-commerce and digital marketing content calendar.
  • Lead the creative briefing workflow for email, SMS, and paid media across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and content creator channels, along with related site updates tied to campaigns.
  • Partner with the Creative team to develop social-first, engaging concepts and provide recommendations that push creative execution forward across channels.
  • Work with Merchandising and E-commerce teams on product performance and strategy to strengthen communications from start to finish.
  • Provide linking guidance and product recommendations for digital campaigns in email, SMS, and paid media.
  • Own reporting and data analysis for email and SMS in collaboration with the CRM vendor.
  • Build, test, and launch email and SMS campaigns.
  • Manage the transfer of paid assets to the paid media vendor, coordinating with Marketing Operations to ensure assets, feedback, and approvals are delivered on time across teams.
  • Participate in all digital agency and internal content meetings with the VP of E-commerce & Digital Marketing so high-priority changes and initiatives are communicated quickly to marketing, operations, and creative stakeholders.
  • Track digital project progress to keep initiatives aligned with timelines and roadmap commitments.
  • Coordinate communication and initiatives across agencies to maintain alignment and timely delivery.
  • Support the VP of E-commerce & Digital Marketing with file updates and presentation deck updates for the weekly business review.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience outside of internships.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform.
  • Experience using Klaviyo or a similar platform for audience creation, campaign setup, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Strong ability to analyze and report on site performance and digital channel metrics.
  • Background working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid project management capability across several priorities and deadlines.
  • Curiosity and willingness to keep learning.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once while staying on schedule.
