Role Summary
This full-time Digital Marketing Designer position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and offers a hybrid working arrangement with some flexibility to work from home. The role focuses on producing engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social channels, and email marketing while keeping all materials aligned with the brand identity.
What You’ll Do
You will turn marketing and brand direction into effective design concepts, build and refine graphics and layouts, and help maintain a consistent visual language across every digital customer touchpoint. The position also involves partnering with marketing and recruitment teams to support employer branding, promotional content, and communications aimed at candidates.
In addition to day-to-day design work, you will improve existing creative based on feedback and performance insights, and keep up with current trends in both design and digital marketing.
Qualifications and Expectations
We are looking for someone with strong experience in digital design for web, social media, and other online channels, along with a solid foundation in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Experience with web design and responsive interfaces is important, as is the ability to apply brand guidelines consistently across different platforms. You should also be comfortable creating and optimizing graphics for multiple formats while preserving quality and performance.
Proficiency with common professional design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools is expected. A working understanding of digital marketing concepts, audience targeting, campaign goals, and content performance metrics will also be valuable.
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to juggle several projects and deadlines in a hybrid work setting are important. Education or training in design, marketing, communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
